25/07/2010 - Keele 3Final Keele update Whitley were beaten 1-0 in the semi final by TNS from the Midland Combination. TNS are a fit young side with good movement and caused the Bay a few problems in the first half and led 1-0. In the second half Whitley got to grips with their opponents and hemmed them into their own half for long periods and created a few decent opportunities without really troubling their keeper. At full time with the score still 1-0, Whitley knew they had given their all but it wasn't to be. CP |
