Adam rejoined the club from Durham City shortly before the 2008/09 FA Vase Semi-Final He is a proven goalscorer and just missed out scoring one of Wembley’s most spectacular goals when his shot from fully 60 yards was pushed on to the bar and scrambled clear by a desperate Glossop North End goalkeeper.
